This is definitely a fake site. I also received this e-mail, but not on Gmail (through which is my PayPal account registered), but on my other e-mail address.
I also receive the same e-mail... Fake... Fake... be careful
This is fake! And if you google "Libby Barr
Managing Director, Customer Service", such person exists and is a managing director of BT.
BTW if any company has you details and wants something from you, they usualy use your name - "Dear John Smith", they don't use "dear member".
