An incoming email, containing a short message:

... except it's got a Zip attachment, called my.zip.
Inside the above Zip, is a randomly named exe file...
my_ass_foto_2347329847893274823798.exe
Fire it off to VirusTotal and well, it's scoring 0/54 at the moment..
